I love how the brass spike keeps the candle perfectly centered and stable. The short size fits nicely on my nightstand without looking cluttered.

The palm tree detailing on these is what sold me, and in person it looks even better than the photos. I got the tall one for my dining table and the weight of the brass keeps it from tipping over.

The little brass spike in the cup actually keeps the candle straight, which I didn't expect from a holder this pretty. The palm frond detailing catches the light really nicely on my dining table. I bought the tall one and now I want the short size too.
