Hoffman 燭台

The tripod base is surprisingly stable on my uneven nightstand, and the 11.75-inch height gives it a nice presence. It catches the light beautifully.

The brass has a warm, slightly uneven patina that makes it look like it's been in a family for years, not just unboxed. It stands perfectly steady even with a tall taper, and the 11.75-inch height gives a nice presence on the dining table.

I've been looking for a taper holder that doesn't tip over, and the tripod base on this one is rock solid. At nearly a foot tall it makes my dining table look way more put-together than it actually is. The brass has a nice handmade feel, slight unevenness and all.
